LifeStyle Personal Performance Programs


When you join as a LifeStyle member, you are joining at a higher level of service. You will join one of the modules with a group of 5-10 people who share the same goals.  The group remains the same, as does the instructor for the entirety of the program, ideally rolling into another module following the completion of the one you are joining.

Each “module” or program has a basic format. Each module is 26 weekly small group classes about 40 minutes in length.  Each class consists of a recap from the week before, a discussion on a chosen topic, and an activity. The modules are laid out completely, with Trainers Guides, which include complete lesson plans outlining the topic discussion, a tip of the week, and an assignment.

You will receive a participant packet with a participant workbook to follow along with and take notes, along with other materials to support your success.

Be Lean II is a weight maintenance and fitness program.  Your trainer will lead your small group through the program providing a complete course of action, on a weekly basis, to you you maintain your weihgt and continue to imrpove your health and fitness.
