The goal of our Group Fitness Program is to provide fun, challenging workouts taught by certified professionals in a safe and effective environment.  Our classes are geared for all levels of participants.  The following descriptions will help you select the classes that are right for you.  Remember, our instructors are here to help you.  If you have any questions or need assistance with any exercise, please don't hesitate to ask your instructor.

Aqualogix 
A revolutionary aquatic fitness workout.  One of the easiest ways to improve strength and muscle tone, realize cardiovascular benefits, provide rehabilitation and have fun at the same time.  No strain on joints, safe for everyone and every fitness level.  One of the best workouts you will ever have!  Just bring your swimsuit, we provide the equipment.  Dance/Pilates  40 minutes of low impact, high intensity aerobics followed by 20 minutes of Pilates.  1 hour of total body fitness!

Step 
There is no reason for anyone to be intimidated by the complexity of Step choreography after participating in this calss.  This fun choreographed Step class is designed to introduce you to moves and all the "Steps".  Although this class is designed to introduce you to "Step", all levels of "Steppers" are welcome.

Step-n-Sculpt
We've just added some strength training intervals to Step class!  Fun, Fast, and Challenging!

Spin, Spin & Strength or Yoga Spin 
Leave your problems at the door and pedal away on a bike ride that you will not soon forget.  You will be challenged both physically and mentally.  Weights will be added at the end of the class in Spin & Strength.  You will be sure to feel centered after Yoga Spin with a mini Yoga class added at the end.  All levels are welcome.  A water bottle is encouraged and a towel is recommended.

Body Sculpting 
This is an overall strength training class.  Combining weights, Resist-a-balls, Body bars, Exer-tubes and the BOSU ball, you will tone and define all of your muscles while challenging your balance and coordination at the same time.  Be prepared to get that heart rate up with cardio intervals in Body Sculpting.  All levels are welcome.

Yoga 
We offer a variety of Yoga classes to accommodate all levels of participants.  Integration of breath flow and asanas (posture) vinyasa (flow) based classes.  Come and experience how the mind/body/breath connection can help deepen and strengthen your practice. All levels are welcome.

Pilates 
An exercise program which focuses on the core muscles in order to help keep the mind and body balanced.  This class will result in increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone, body awareness, energy, and improved mental concentration.  Use your own body to train and build strength and flexibility without a focus on high-powered cardiovascular exercise.

Seasonal Training 
Get fit before each new season with this "boot-camp" like class.  The high impact cardio will prepare you for any seasonal endeavors you may encounter.
