PLAYROOM GUIDELINES

1. The playroom is provided as a free service to our members. Reservations are recommended 24 hours in advance. There is a 20-child limit in the playroom during the weekday and evenings and Saturday mornings we have a 10-child limit to sitter availability.  Children cannot be allowed in the playroom without a reservation. Appointments can be set one week in advance.
 
 
2. Your child's full name and age are required in the reservation book. We only accept four infants under the age of 18 months during the weekday mornings, and only two infants under the age of 18 months on weekday evenings and saturday mornings. This is for the safety of your children! 
 
 
3. If you need to cancel a reservation, please call at least four hours before yourscheduled time. If you are unable to cancel your reservations, you will be charged $1.00 per child per hour. This fee is required before playroom provileges are reinstated. Children can be in the playroom two hours at a time.

4. If you bring children into the playroom other than your own, there is a fee of $1 per child per hour. This fee is to be paid to the playroom attendant at arrival.

5. If your child is sick, please make other arrangements. Sick children do not belong in the playroom. Any child with a runny nose, persistent cough, fever, or any other apparent symptoms will not be permitted in the playroom.

6. For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, children are asked to stay in the playroom. Locker areas, aerobic room, and weight rooms are reserved for those with active membership cards. 

7. Due to health regulations and to be fair to all the children, we cannot allow any food or drinks brought into our playroom. Infants can of course have bottles, which should be marked and already heated. Organized shack times will be provided.
 
 
8. Please make sure that if your infant is still in diapers, you bring them in freshly changed. The playroom attendants are not responsible for diaper changes. If your child needs changed (or is crying), we will page you to the playroom. 
 
 
. Please be considerate to the playroom attendants and pick your child up at or before the end or you scheduled time.

10. Any child who repeatedly hits, kicks, bites, or is disrespectfull to playroom attendants or other children will be suspended from the playroom.

11. If you are bringing an infant into the playroom, for hygiene reasons, please bring some toys appropriate for your child to chew on.

12. The playroom is equipped with Nintendo and VCR. Because of inability to screen for content, please do not allow your child to bring games or videos from home.
